I've used an Acer One 10 S1002-145A, with Windows 10, for about 15 months. Now, overnight with power-off, the battery discharges very rapidly, and can reach 0% after 2 nights. The unit does fully charge and operate properly with the AC charger. I would think I need to replace the battery--however, I see no instructions or physical access to replace the battery. Is this a situation of needing to ship the unit to Acer or buy a new unit? I will contact Acer support later this week--I just wanted to ask the Community first.
(NOTE: I realize the Acer One 10 is not strictly a Switch Series unit, but I didn't see another suitable choice among the Forum boards.)
