Acer ATC-705 desktop which freezes and loses work
Have Acer ATC-705 desktop running Windows 10 operating system. Using Quicken Home and Business 2016 which freezes and loses work I have accomplished in that session. Yesterday I purchased Quicken Home and Business 2017 which also froze after a longer time. Have called Quicken help desk 8 times. I am starting to think Acer problem. The compatibility test will not let me change the grayed Windows 8 to a Windows 10 and test when ran with the 8 shows incompatible programs. The frustration is at a maximum.

The only suggestion that I can offer you is to update your graphics driver.
The links below explain how to manually update your graphics driver to the latest Windows 10 driver.
