when I took d battery of Aspire V5-12132-32472 laptop,I dont know how to put it back.HELP

Hello everyone, I actually finished AA Computer Science last 2013, but one week before graduation, I suffered my 2nd stroke (the 1st one was in 2001).. So, I suffered more memory loss, long and short (and many more complications). I tried to put back the battery, because the numbers, backspace, & Scrolls doesnt work. Since I fogot where to "hold" the computer after putting it back, I could not use it anymore. I'm presently taking BS IT Management online (to help sharpen the dulling gray cells), so I neded to use my laptiop all day; it is almost the end of the term. I would appreciate it very much especally if you could reply soon. Please Help! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

The battery pack can be reinstalled by turning it over with the bottom facing up. There should be an empty battery bay near the hinges. Silde the battery pack back into the battery bay. The battery release latch will automatically click back to the locked position.

Thank yuou for replying. I was able to put back the battery, but the numbers and scrolls, plus the delete does not function still. What could be the problem? Shall I turn it over to ACER for repair? What should I do?
