V3-771g locked bios

I have a v3-771g with insyde h2o BIOS. I was literally trying to remove my bios password to prevent this very situation. I went into bios and entered two blank passwords as instructed in order to remove bios password. After restarting it asked for a password, i tried my old one, boom i was locked out. Thats been the case since September. Iv tried cmos battery removal, iv tried jumping, no luck. Please help. I cant boot into windows or bios. There is no error code, after 3 wrong attempts it just says system will halt then a blank screen, when it restarts it asks for password again. Acer really dropped the ball here coz i doubt am ever buying an acer again, there is no acer  agent in my country, please assist.
