z630 bluetooth skipping sound

Hi, I've have this issue for a couple of weeks.... When I listen to music on my bluetooth headset, or while listening music in my car, the music have a lot of skipping, by skipping I mean while the music plays, the sound stops for a 1/2 sec, play the music for another 1/2 sec, many times... Live radio with tune-in, or a mp3 on the phone, same problem. It happends for a minute or 2.... then no problem for a couple of minutes, and does it again.

No problem while usins a wire headset

I've tried the same bluetooth headset with my computer or my old phone, no problem with the sound.

 

I can't update the phone, the option is missing under "about phone".

Does this isseu present if the screen on the phone is not lock or only after it locks?

Hi, this issue appears when the screen is OFF, locked. The issue is partially resolved when I disable DTS sound.
