Switch alpha 12 doesn't turn on

I bought a new switch alpha 12 one week ago and I used it without any problem. Yesterday evening I charged it to 100% and then I shut it down. This morning I tried to turn it on, but it looks dead. It doesn't turn on, the led is always off.
I've tried to charge it, with no results. I've already tried to hold the power button down for 30 seconds, release for 10, then restart, but nothing happened.
Please, someone has a solution?

Doesn't sound good... Give Acer Support a ping and see what they say, I'm guessing something in the hardware has failed.

Yeah it's what I thought, I just sent it to repair. It's annoying, because I bought it a week ago

Yeah, the timing for a child failure is a b*tch. If you purchase through a local store you can usually just swap it out, but online can make that enough of a hassle that going directly to the manufacturer is sometimes less effort.

Luckily I bought it from Amazon, which gives you the possibility to swap it with a new one before 30 days from the purchase date. I sent them the faulty one and in 2 days they sent me the new one

Great! I am really liking my SA12 so far, I picked up the Costco version and have been using it as my main system.
