I have an Aspire switch 10E and find widows too bloated for the memory capacity. Is it possible to change over to Android which I think is better suited to tablets.

Not really, there are Android emulators for Windows, but nothing that would run natively. Android requires quite a bit of development in the port to new hardware and the Windows models just aren't terriblt suited to it.

Are a lot of Linux versions better suited to a Windows box.
