XB271HU Monitor Shutting Off Randomly

Hello I'm sorry if this is posted in the wrong section but it's only happened recently, and the only changes to the system were the NVidia driver updates. I don't know if this affects the monitor updates or the data sent to the monitor. I cannot reproduce this problem reliably, it occurs randomly more often in fullscreen games and applications (like fullscreen on YouTube videos, or fullscreen games like Factorio and exclusive fullscreen games like Rocket League or DotA 2).

My monitor crashes unexpectedly since recent driver updates. Following the LED indicator, it turns off, blinks a few times in varying intervals, displays Predator splash screen, may crash again, eventually returning to its normal on state. At the bottom right corner, an NVidia Control Panel message appears saying "GSYNC display connected."

I am on 375.70, Windows 1607. I'm hoping it's not a bad panel, and that I can find an answer here.

Monitor is running at 144 Hz w/ GSYNC enabled. Some possibly relevant settings...
Brightness: 10
Contrast: 50
Blue Light: Off
Dark Boost: Off
Adaptive Contrast: 0
Gamma: 2.2
Color Temp: Warm
sRGB Mode: Off
Saturate: 100
Input: DP
DPS: On
Wide Mode: Aspect
ULMB: Off
Deep Sleep: Off
Resolution: 2560x1440

This problem has been occurring for a week now. It is in a safe environment, nothing is being thrown at the monitor and it's on its stable stand it shipped with. I rarely pivot it.

I first noticed this problem on 375.57 where many people were having an array of issues. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
