V5 AMD graphics with Radeon HD8210 not working with windows 10

My granddaughters laptop - Aspire V5-122P (AMD A4-1250 APU with Radeon HD8210 display graphics) runs so slow and crashes with BSOD. A thread is running out of control and making the processor continuosly run at 40% plus until it crashes. Disabling the adapter in device drivers stops the CPU madness but renders the machine useless in many repects. I have tried many fixes published on the internet and many seem to have the identical problem.

As it auto-updates the problem reappears again. I have tried various drivers ( maroon, catalyst for W8 etc. none work.)

When or where are the driver/s available.

I've got the same problem (I assume anyone with this laptop with Win10 has), the latest video drivers make the laptop unusable. I've unloaded the driver and disabled the download of drivers in Win10 and hoping that works as I've alreadt had it auto download 3 times now. You can get old drivers from somewhere but that looks like a bit of a pain.

This is what I've tried (not sure if it works yet fully though):-

I have an older desktop with AMD Phenom Quad Core & ATI Radeon HD-4200. After loading Win 10 Pro had to use High Contrast mode (available at login) to make the display legible then load the Legacy driver from AMD 8.970.100.9001 dated 1/13/2015.

It is now running two 1920x1080 60hz displays with NP.

    Try here.
