Or better still you can do this before you download the drivers

Restore your machine to an earlier date

Press win + r (at the same time)= run

    Type: rstrui

Follow instructions to restore your machine

So I tried both but nothing worked. I tried to put my serial number while I'm searching the hardrives but it was an error, I also tried restoring but it said that there was no restore point created one more thing is that I cannot also access the hard drive that was built in with the keyboard

Pls with the Acr homepage, that is the place you'll be  ble to download all drives.

The SNID of your machine is always at the bottom

Pls verify and make sure that is correct

Also if your system restore point isn't available then back up your files on an external drive. That's the most important thing

Pls send me your SNID and let me also check for you.

    There's a way out so don't panic

Have you done your back up?

Now all drivers you'll get for your keyboard will be a third-party software, of which I can't guarantee it's safety.

If you want third party software then I'll help you

If not you ought to try contact acer directly for support

Do you have system recovery for your machine?

If that's available then, reinstall the recovery option

Your last option is installation of new windows

But so far, the best option I can give it out is to try and contact Acer directly for support

If theirs fail, we'll try third-party software.

Let me hear from you what you think
