I have an Acer Iconia Tab 8W-810 running Windows 10 and at the moment when I turn it on I get a blue screen with spinning dots:

Last night I downloaded a *****.  I have Malwarebytes and today ran a Superantispyware which found 4 things to eliminate.

Today I made an amendment to how many emails I can see in outlook, turn it off and then when it came back on I could not work tablet mode or get it to switch between screens.  So, I turn it off again and then when I try to turn it back on I get the blue screen with spinning dots.

Is it a virus?  Is it a windows 10 issue?  I am puzzled.  Is my only option to factory reset?  I have pressed volume and power and just get a screen that shows info re my tablet, it doesnt reset?

Help .... please.

Microsoft released another big update on Tuesday. It may just be installing and taking its time. Let it run in juggling balls mode for a few hours if needed and it should complete the update and get you back into your normal desktop.
