BSOD on my predator 15

Hi again.....I just got a BSOD on my laptop that says memory management error, it happened yesterday and the laptop wont boot after that, it was stuck on the predator logo...i called acer and the guy told me refresh the pc(without deleting files and settings). And it was fine last night but today it happened again when i turned it on, this time it rebooted however i stil called acer, the guy told me to ship the laptop to them for repair.. What should i do...........is it that serious? since i found some easy solutions online..

    And as soon as you get it back from Acer, create a USB factory default recovery drive.  And then put the USB recovery drive in an envelope and label it and put it in a safe place (desk drawer).

    hey guys i ran the windows memory diagnostics and it detected no errors...

    If you get a BSOD, and you refresh the PC and there are still errors, it's most likely a hardware problem. You should send it in.
