battery location in Iconia tab 10 A3-A20

I have a message saying to connect my charger but it's already connected, just not working.  Someone said changing the battery would fix it.  Where is the battery located?  Thanks

are you able to boot your tablet?

have you checked if charger works?

 

you need to open the back of your tablet, you will not miss the battery, it's the bigger part of your tablet.
