Hi everyone.

I need help to install a proper driver for my monitor.

When following the steps here :http://acer.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/38289/~/windows-10%3A-disable-signed-driver-enforcement I don't get the Troubleshoot option the only option that appears for me when restarting under advanced setup is shutdown.

I am running windows 10 pro 64 bit with all latest updates.

Please advise.

Kind regards

Stefan

windows 10 doesn't need drivers for your monitor, even if on Device manager is set as generic monitor, this doesn't mean nothing.

a windows 10 driver will just change the name on device manager since all the information will be read by Extended display Identification data (EDID)

if you want the best from your monitor, i suggest you to follow tftcentral calibration settings and relative color profile:

    I'm not an Acer employee.
