1810T It doesn't seem to see the C: drive?

Hi, trying to clone the hard drive on my 1810T netbook. It doesn't seem to see the C: drive? Why would this happen I can't seem to transfer data to the new drive because it doesen't see the C: drive as a source.  I talked to seagate support and they were stumped. Any ideas?

    We are not going to be able to provide support for third party cloning software.

     

    Others in the community may be able to assist you, however, you will likely need to provide more details on your situation including the software that you are attempting to use, the version, and any specific error messages that may be occuring.
