'cntrl' key and (letter next to x- not c) are not functioning.

'cntrl' key and (letter next to x- not c) are not functioning. i cannot type the letter so i try to describe the position of the letter. is that because of the driver or i need to change the whole keypad? does keypad has driver? thank you

    As long as nothing was spilled or the unit was dropped that would typically mean that the keyboard itself could be defective, the keyboard ribbon could be loose, or the motherboard could be defective.

    thank you. I did as what you told me. all I need to do is change the whole keypad of my laptop.Smiley Sad
