My acer iconia A1 811 cannot power on.

At first i thought i thought it needed charging but after being plugged for some time it does not show any sign it would come on. It just vibrates when plugged in to charge. Please assist.

Try a long press of the power button (30 seconds usually is enough), wait a bit and then power back on to see if that fixes it.

I tried that but no solution. Plugged it to charge but it only vibrates every two seconds or so, stilll not coming on. Any other ideas?
