Replacing a E5-573-3511 screen with a touchscreen

Hi,

New to this Forum,

 

I recently had a HP Pavilion 15-P091SA Touchscreen laptop that decided to burn its MB out, not the first HP thats done this to me.

Was initially planning on just replacing the MB but have got my hands on a Aspire E15 E5-573-3511.

 

I've gutted the HP and added the Ram to the Acer so now have 12gb.

 

is it possible to replace the screen in the acer with the touchscreen from the HP? as I know a lot of the manufacturers use the same parts.

    As far as I know, the Aspire E5-573 series is not shipped with a touch panel:
