Okay, so I've been an **** recently. I tried to reset my pc without backing it up. Of course, it failed. After 12 hours of trying to re-install Windows 10, I decided to give up.
I have a case id or whatever, and all I have to do is send my computer to the Acer Repair Center.
However, I have a few questions:
a) Will they actually be able to fix anything?
b) Will they be able to fix everything (as in problems I may not be aware of)?
c) My cd/dvd drive cover is partly broken. Will they replace this, or will they keep it as is?
d)Could I just specify on the package that I want to just have factory settings and everything, i.e., could I ask to receive the acer in a similar condition I originaly got it in?
In summary, is the Acer Repair Center competent?
Thanks. If my questions do not make sense, please ask me to clarify.
