Aspire TC-710 random freeze with Windows 10

I bought an Acer Aspire TC-710 last week and it is randomly locking up and requires a hard shut-down to bring it back. 

I've updated all the drivers that were available from the ACER support site with the exception of the BIOS. I've also run all the windows updates and the problem persists.  

 

I saw a post on here saying the solution was a BIOS update however I can't see how that's possible given that the computer boots perfectly fine. I'm going to reach out to the person that had the BIOS udpated to see what it was updated too. My current BIOS version is 2015-11-10 and the latest release is 2015-12-07 so not much of a change...

 

*As a kicker this is the second ACER Aspire TC-710 I have purchased with this problem. The first one I returned assuming it was a bad peice of ram/memory, but the chances of this happening twice are hard to quantify. 

 

Any help solving this is greatly appreciated!
