New Owner - Win10 update problem on Cloudbook 11

Good evening everyone -

Just picked up the system in the Subject line and the first thing I did was spring open the case to see what I could upgrade: nothing. The memory and eMMC drive are integrated on the MoBo. Darn it.  OK, so I'm stuck at 2G/32G.

 

Now:

I'd like to update to v 14393 but:

 

I have an empty, formatted 32GB SD card in the slot - but the W10 update script does not check for open space on attached devices. 

 

I am seeing some warnings in the compatcheck . . . . . log files like:

2016-09-01 06:39:26.928, Warning [WMIHelper::GetHardwareId] CoInitializeSecurity failed, Error = 0x80010119
2016-09-01 06:39:26.975, Info [CompatEnvironment::Initialize] Device Id is: c23576c83fd861663a11e511836cc908bc905f87

and:

2016-09-01 06:39:27.194, Warning   [BCDUtil::NTFileCompressed]  NTFileCompressed failed! SclFileCompressedXP(pszFileName) = 0 

and:

2016-09-01 06:39:27.397, Warning   [MemoryInfo::GetPhysicalSize] Failed to Get physical memory from kernel32.dll, errocode = 13

all the rest of the entries in the compatcheck file are Info related.

 

 

All ideas / suggestions are appreciated in advance.  Mods, I could not find a Cloudbook-specific forum so I put it here.

You could also run Win 10 off a usb
