how do I make the navigation bar disappear?

I have an Acer Icona One 7 - running Andriod 5.0.1. I have 3 user accounts on this tablet. On 2 of the 3 accounts the navigation bar will not disapper (always shows on screen) regardless of what app. I open. At times the navigation bar interfears with the use of the app.

 

Opening the same app. on the 3rd account (main account) the navigation bar will disappear. Suggestions on what can be done to get the navigation bar to disappear on all the accounts? It was not always this way, it had worked correctly for a while.

Have you try to go on settings and see if you have the option to reset the navigation bar?
