Cannot complete product registration, because link you send in e-mail causes IE to quit working.

I have never seen anything worse than Acer support.  I cannot even comlete the product registration because the link you send in the e-mail message causes IE to quit working; therefore, cannot complete the process.  However, IE works fine when not clicking on your link.

 

Running Acer's Basic System Checks failed the system service check test and failed the hardware device and driver check test.  So how do you fix it?  I cannot open AVG on this laptop - Why?   It won't even let me uninstall it - Why?  First think I did when I got this laptop was uninstall Norton -  bad stuff!

 

This laptop is only 3 weeks old and the 2 1/2 year old Dell laptop I gave away had less problems than this one.  How can you talk to someone to get some help?
