I saw this keyboard at a store display:

 

The store did not offer this keyboard for sale nor could I actually find it online. Is this just a product demo that was sent out and not available for purchase yet or can I just not find any info about it?

Could you give me the string of characters starting by DKUSB1B... on the white sticker?

Is this a keyboard that comes with a built PC? I'm not sure which model desktop as I wasn't interested in it.

After few research, I finally found the keyboard. It is shipped with Predator G1-710 (US model).

According to your informations, the part number is:

KEYBD.USB.BLACK.PREDATOR.US.MECHANICAL.LP

LP means Low Profil and it is also backlit. You should request quote from your Acer store with the part number by phone or by chat.

I have the Scorpius keyboard that came with my Predator G6-710.  My keyboard has begun to give double lettering as I type.  Double XX(<-see), and other letters.  I don't want to replace this keyboard if I have to.  What are my options?  I think my system is over  1yr old now.  Not sure on the warranty.
