DDR4 8 doesn`t work

Hey ,I have a E5-575-54A6 i5 6gb ddr 4 2133 mhz pc 17000,

Now i have try to upgrade the 6 gb to 8 gb with the c

 
Crucial 8GB DDR4-2133 SODIMM CT8G4SFD8213
 
  • Brand: Crucial
  • Form Factor: SODIMM
  • Total Capacity: 8GB
  • Specs: DDR4 PC4-17000 • CL=15 • Dual Ranked • x8 based • Unbuffered • NON-ECC • DDR4-2133 • 1.2V • 1024Meg x 64 •

But when i boot nothing happens when i plug the old ddr4 ram its working .what can be wrong .i have retuernd to the store ,i have a new one same thing ,

    Hello,

     

    As this model is shipped with Hynix, Kingston or Samsung memory modules, I advise you to buy a Kingston. E5-575 and E5-575G have the same memory modules.

    Tanks for the answer I have de  Hynix module 2 and 4 gb .so the crusual doesn`t support this model .

    Be careful! Hynix is randomly compatible. Have you tried with the crucial module only?

    its working now but 2 x 8gb crusial doesn`t work ,i have now 4gb and 8gb 4gb Hynix and 8gb crusial.

    so i think one of the banks is not working correctly.

     

    i have first try the crusial at 8 gb and later i have added the 4gb of Hynix.the ather doesn`t work .i think that was the problem.

    About Crucial CT8G4SFD8213:

     

    I checked the list of compatible memory modules on their website and this part number is not listed for your laptop. Probably it is the issue. Link

    I also give you the orignal one of 8Gb (100% compatible with your current modules):

    I have check it CT9000642 is the same as CT8G4SFS8213 i used the tool from there site
