problem with my acer iconia tab A210 i need help

hello everyone i have a problem with my acer iconia tab A210

I suddenly stopped using it for about 5 days and when I finally turned it on but unforunately it seems like it won't, I put it on the charger for about 45 minutes and after it was completely charged ( the red lamp turned white ) After i turned it on I've received this problem, Below in the Video

I've tried Hard Reset and i turned it on again when it shows the welcome screen ( settings of clock and etc.... ) it shows small windows that includes "shutting down" and it shuts off.

I disassembled it, Took the battery off and put in on, But still nothing

i hope there could be a solution and sorry for my bad english
