Power issue, my acer .aspire ES 15 keeps shutting down after about 5 seconds and is not over heating

It sounds like a hardware problem. Does this happen on battery or AC power, or both?

Yes, this happens when plugged in or just using the battery.

Your memory module could be faulty or needs to be reseated, if you have a spare DDR3L RAM just switch the module but need complete dismantling.
