24p input on CB271HK, B276HK or CB240HyK

I've been looking to buy a small, cost-effective UHD monitor to connect to both my PC and to things like my cable TV box, blue-ray player, etc.  The three models in the title seem to fit the bill, but I can't find info on the input frame rates they'll accept.

Does anyone know if any of these models will connect to a 24 or 25 frame-per-second source over HDMI?

    All 3 monitors CB271HK, B276HK and CB240HyK offers a 60Hz refresh rate.

Thanks.  I guess my question, though, is are they locked to 60Hz as an input refresh rate, or can they be connected to a source at a different rate?  E.g. 24Hz or 25Hz for a TV source such as a DVD player / Blu-ray player.

Most monitor have a range of inputs they accept, and I can't find that info for these monitors.
