H340 do not start i lights keep blinking in blue

Hello , my Aspire easy store H340 was woking fine. Now I push the start button . The i light blinks in blue without stopping the network light also blinks in blue but no lights appear on my 4 HDD . I can not access the server on my network . I tried to remove all 4 hdd , the i light turns to red solid and HDD lights 2 and 3 also red solid. The big fan on the side does turn therefore I do not think it is the power supply but I am opened to all suggestions .

Update

 

I put back only the first hdd the one that came with the server . Same symptom , On button is blue , network light is blinking blue , i button is slowly blinking blue , no  light on HDD 1 , no network connection.
