    New Member,

    I have been trying all day for my computer to get to the windows screen but it keeps restarting like it's under a spell or something I am have had this computer now for about 3 years and this is the second time it's done this but it was in warranty now that it's out of warranty I can't get no help from support so frustrating when I can't afford a new computer and I need it for school. I don't have a back up for my Acer computer. Can someone please help?
