OK, so after a week or so, the moderators have agreed to allow me to post my tweaking tool here for everybody to download.  This is freeware.  I do NOT charge anything for the use of my software.

 

Now, down to the fun part!

Features are listed my website page.  This is a constant work in progress.  I'm currently in the middle of v2.00, and I'm almost doubling the amount of code.  LOTS more that it will be able to clean up.

 

This was designed for Windows 10, but MAY work on other systems.  I take NO responsibility for damage this might cause to your system.  I have tested this on my Predator laptop extensively, and for me, it works flawlessly, but I cant guarantee it'll work for you.
