XC-603G Network adapter not connected

I came home from work today to no internet connectivity. With a little digging, I landed on the issue of Network Adapter not connected.

 

The compter appears to have a hard-wired network adapter, so there is nothing that I can find to re-connect.

 

Any assistance would be amazing. Let me know what info you require. Thanks in advance!

    Do you have anything else connected to the internet at home and working?

    Are you using cable or wi-fi?

    What do you mean by: "The computer appears to have a hard-wired network adapter, so there is nothing that I can find to re-connect" ?  Do you think the hard-wired adapter is connected?

    So many questions right?! :/

    The network adapter is a permanent fixture. Soldered onto the mother board. After talking to out if warranty support, who told me the computer is absolutely not compatible with windows 10, which I have been running for 3 months, I found an updated driver n installed it, and it works fine now.

    How did you download the drivers without having internet connectivity because I'm having the same issue
