I bought one of these the other week for my son and have some questions/observations about this tablet:
The tablet comes with Android 6.0 OS (Marshmallow), but for some reason the "Users" menu is not available in
settings. It is not possible to configure multiple users on this tablet? (Multi user support has been in Android OS since 4.2.1!!)
Every SD-card I put into this device I get the machine complaining "This is a pretty slow card, you should get a faster one". I used A-Data class 10 32GB card and now a Transcend 64GB UHS-I card (rated 300x). I seriously doubt the card speed is issue.
Right after bootup, I consistently get a notification from the OS telling me that the "System process is frozen etc." suggesting to kill or wait.
Transfering files from PC via USB cable to the SD-storage: when you transfer large amount of files, at the beginning of transfer seems fast but it gradually slows down to a crawl. It feels as if the USB speed drops down to old 1.1 USB speeds.
EDIT: Also, I tried using the device without any SD-card, since it has 32GB of flash memory. Strange thing is that I got all sorts of "complaints" from various applications when I did that. Camera complained about not having a storage. Some apps in Play store refused to get installed (?). Even stranger, after I installed an sd card again, these apps allowed themselves to be installed (in the sd card), but I could go into the application details and move it from the external to internal storage - and the app still worked. So why again cant I just use the tablet without an sd card?
Anyone else having these types of issues? Did I get a lemon?
