Help with Drivers for Iconia W510

I put a clean install of Windows 8.1 on my W510 tablet, but now it has the incorrect drivers.  I have the keyboard dock, but the USB plug for it doesn't work.  So I have no touchscreen/keyboard/external mouse control when I boot up Windows.  They work fine in the blue repair/troubleshoot screen where I can refresh or reset the tablet and have command prompt access.

I downloaded the driver files to a micro SD, is there a way I can use the command prompt to install them to windows?  Or through any other way using the troubleshoot screen?  The micro SD is labeled as drive D, but will not run the setup.exe file in the main folder due to a missing .dll  Any help is appreciated.

Easiest is probably to connect a mouse and use that to deal with installing the drivers from the C: drive. If your Wifi is working, I'd use the mouse to download the drivers from Acer's site so you can be sure they are complete.
