V3-572G and W10 upgrade

Hello everybody!

I just upgraded to Win 10 from 8.1

I experienced no problems during installation and usability is the same of 8.1

However I have a problem with restart and start (not fast startup).

Where laptop turns on I see the usual Acer logo and rotating circles. Then instead of moving on with login screen, it again shows logo and rotating circles, but this time circles aren't "moving regularly", sometimes it stalls, sometimes some of them are missing. I finally reach the login screen and again it takes time until i can use it. Sometimes it doesn't load antivir and dolby icons.

I tried with fast startup and it works fine. Drivers seem to be up to date.

I rolled back to win 8.1 and tried upgrading again bet I get the same result.

 

Did anybody have similar experiences?

Hi,

 

Did you try to upgrade your BIOS. Or you have also the latest BIOS. It could help.
