Acer Z320 need help

Hello, i buying Acer z320 for my child and i reload internet data 2 gb. but after three days that quota is empty.

im cheking how many app installed, but my child never install game by herself. i turn off all sync data conection.

but i found problem in settings > Data Usage. OS Android used my quota almost 1,6 gb.. and i reload data for 1 gb. but after 2 days, my quota is empty again OS android Using 799 Mb from my 1gb. "OS Android still suck my quota internet causing my Acer Getting hot and batery draining faster. my phone on idle condition.

I have 3 Phones, but there is No OS android eated my quota like Acer z320. im try to factory reset, but still failed. i need update from Acer , but there is No update Firmware. How to fix this ??

Check about widgets and disable or uninstall applications you don't need.

 

go to settings/about phone - system update

disable automatic check
