My Acer z520 wont poweron plz help me :'c

When it had 14% of battery it turned off, i though that it was because of the battery as i wasnt at home i couldnt make sure that it was about the battery. When i came home i tryied to turn it on but it wont, it doesnt even charge. The phone has less then 1 year it cant be broke. help me please

    Hello,

     

    Try to take the battery out and hold then the power button for about 10 seconds. Do this multiple times (about 2-3 times).

     

    Also check if the battery isn't curved on the top (like when it pops up a little bit). 

     

    When you did the first step for holding the power button, place the battery back in the phone and try to power it on, if it still doesn't turn on, try to use your charger and then to turn it on. If this doesn't work, contact Acer Support.
