Acer aspire switch 10e / I don't see hdd

Hi, today I got a new acer aspire switch 10e. I live in Poland but I bought acer in uk.

 

So I switch on the acer and I saw that the acer have windows 10. I check "This PC" and I don't see a HDD 500G 0.o, only 32GB. I thought that I have a version without HDD but all version have it. The keyboard/dock is heavy so I think that hdd is in the keyboard but windows don't see HDD.

Maybe I don't have some drivers ?

Hello,

 

Yes yours isn't equipped with an HDD. Last year, I evaluated a similar model (only one eMMC of 32Gb) and didn't find that the kb dock was very heavy. About the message, I think it is about USB ports (e.g UFD connected).

1. Could you give me the first ten characters of the computer serial number (S/N)? Only the first ten.
2. There are two variants of Switch 10E: eMMC 32 or 64Gb and with or without 500Gb of HDD.

Edit: I put serial number on google search and I found a specification in this model and... my acer hasn't a HDD but Why the keyboard docks it's very heavy ? When I plug off tablet from keyboard I got message that I should be careful when I plug off because the data will be gone. ?? That's mean that in keyboard there is a hdd ? ehhh now I don't know...
