As of the moment, I am typing with the help of an onscreen keyboard.  I couldn’t point out exactly what precipitated this problem since it was working fine a day before. The keys that stopped working are:

1 3 -   [second row]

q, t, u, p, ] \    [third row]

Caps lock, s, d, g, h, j   [fourth row]

m, right shift    [fifth row]

upper key [sixth row]

I’ve tried every possible method to troubleshoot the problem (restarting it, removing the battery, updating drivers, re—installing drivers, resetting the laptop) but none of it work.

I’d appreciate if you could help me out. Thanks!

    HI.

further proof, check with a USB keyboard, if it is a problem of PC (software) or keyboard (hardware) being hardware will have to change the keyboard, if software must reset the computer to see if the problem is solved or update the BIOS.

    Regards.
