X34 Display is now blank

Hi everyone,

 

Wondering is anybody has had the experience I am having with the X34:

After several weeks of smooth operation, my display is now blank. I'm getting some backlight glow, the power LED is blue and ambient LEDs power on, its just black. In addition:
- I can't bring up any of the OSD menus by pressing the buttons.
- The predator welcome screen doesn't show up - it is straight to blank.
- I can't get anything to display on the monitor with no inputs plugged in (e.g. Can't even get a "no signal").

 

To confirm it's not my PC at fault, I have:
- Tried over HDMI as well as DP (same for both)
- Tried my PC with another monitor (working fine)
- Tried another PC with HDMI out to the monitor (as before)

Was wondering if anybody had ideas on this, or whether my monitor is now defective And needs to be returned?

I have an X35 and this started happening to me yesterday. switch my PC on and get a black screen. I tried it again this morning and the screen came on but the buttons on the monitor dont work.
