That laptop was designed for Windows 8.1, 10. Unless Intel and Realtek design a driver for Windows 10, you may not get it working.
Have you tried the Acer Windows 8.1 driver
Why do you want Windows 7?

Hi:
OK. I gave up windows 7.
can I restore the factory setting now? I mean I restore the windows 8 to my new hard disk.
Can you please give me a guide to do that?
thanks

If you didn't wipe the HDD to install windows 7, you should be able to access Recovery by Tapping Alt+F10 at start.
If you made a usb Recovery drive, just plug it in and start the laptop, tap F12 and select the usb.

Hi Philetus:
Thanks so much for your reply.
I changed a new hard drive and didn't create usb recovery.
I am wondering if I can download this kind of usb recovery from your website.
thanks

Was the old HDD bad? Did you save it intact? Put it back in and boot. No?
For Recovery media, you can contact Acer AU store and ask
http://store.acer.com.au/acer/store/index.php/
You can order it from Acer store USA look on the tag on bottom for SNID.
https://store.acer.com/en-us/extended/recovery/
You can download Windows 8.1 media free and do a clean install
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/create-reset-refresh-media
Or if yours came with Win 10
http://www.thewindowsclub.com/windows-10-media-creation-tool-create-installation-media-upgrade
The Windows will find the Windows key. When it asks for one, click not now or whatever it says about later.
I forgot to ask, is it still under warranty??
