The product:
-Iconia W701 convertible
-OS: windows 8.1 64-bit
-Bluetooth keyboard driver version: 6.3.9600.17673
The issue:
-Whenever I connect my bluetooth keyboard jacket to my tablet, i lose the use of all right-click functions, gets "ghost touches" with flashing displays, the windows bar on the right of the screen flashes and disappears whenever I try and swipe it out, random shifts between interfaces.
-All works well again after disconnecting bluetooth keyboard.
-Bluetooth keyboard is fully charged.
When it occurred:
-About a week ago.
-This issue had also appeared a few months prior, after a software update. Back then I was able to resolve this issue by rolling-back the bluetooth keyboard driver.
What I've already done:
-Tried to roll-back to previous version of the bluetooth keyboard driver, only to find the "Roll Back" function disabled.
-Ran the sfc scannow, no issue detected.
-Ran both my antivirus and Microsoft safety scanner. No virus detected.
Appreciate any assistance to resolve this ASAP as I've got a few reports to work on via my convertible and using the on-screen keyboard is drastically slowing down my progress (I've had to cancel my Sunday activities because of this issue)
PS: I'm not too gopd with computer so it'd be great if you can explain in layman terms
