My 15" Acer Chromebook CB5-571 just died a couple of weeks past the warranty deadline. It was wonky when I first got it from the Play Store but the updates seemed to help. Now it just died and won't start. Where can we go for recompense on these defective machines? I'm not willing to shell out around 1/3 of the purchase price for a battery when I'm not sure that's the issue. Google Play is nice, but not when the machines they're selling are ***** and nobody can own up to the issues.
