Hi, recently i put my laptop to sleep, but, when i openned it, my windows had no wifi setting. there were also no wireless adapters detected. A few restarts also didnt fix the problem. After some time, my wifi suddenly started working, but there is no indication of bluetooth.

Can anyone please help me, because this is frustrating, and this has happened to me for the third time

Hi. I have not able to solve the same issue.

does the warrantie of acer does remote support?

I have spend a lot of money on this device, and i dont want on top to spend more time repairing it.

I have already uninstall 2 times the suit. and drivers and the problem persist.

    Best regards

    Hi guys,

I haven't seen complaints about the wireless and/or bluetooth stopping after resume from sleep other than here, but I've now seen a handful of people mention it. Is this still an issue? I ask because occassionally, we'll see MS updates that cause problems and are then fixed without formal acknowledgement.

We'd need to better understand what is happening and I see titooooo has mentioned uinstalled some stuff. I might suggest starting with updating the BIOS is one is available. Heres the G9-592:

BIOS Acer 1. Update Micro code 2. Update ME version 1.05 6.4 MB 2016/04/11

    Download

Next, I might look at backing up and doing a full system recovery. See if you have the same results and then start updating drivers, and then installing other programs. http://acer.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/38287

I lost one working day installing everything again.

If it happends again Ill try to update bios. but in any case after paying 1700 euros, feels really bad to waste time on a new device.

    Who pays my time?

At least one I should recieve a 100 dollar cuopon.

    BEst regards.

your model is a middle eastern version, same as mine, i think upgrading bios to latest versioh should fix this issue, also make sure your windows 10 is fully updated to latest version, as well as your drivers of acer predator15
