Not able to Reset Settings.  It just doesn't work.

Not able to Reset to Default Theme.  It's greyed out.

Random settings changes from what I set it at.  Things like start up page not starting up with what I set it at.

PowerWash doesn't completely restore to factory.  I have tried this on 3 different Networks.

The text color in the Address Bar switches off between the color of red, blue and black when it has ALWAYS been black in color.

I know there's more but this is enough.

 

Please tell me there isn't a bug.  I have disabled all extensions.  I have shut off ALL syncs, did the PowerWash, created a whole new account to sign on with, and still...the above!

 

Any other ideas or suggestions?
