I sent the info, but no answer. This site is terrible.

I gave all the info, Serial#, Model#, yada, but never heard back. A few weeks later, still don't know if it was ever registered. This is the worst site I have ever experienced. A lot of info, but if it's not available, what good is it?

    Thanks. I am assuming it got registered. If you need more info or anything please let me know and I will send. This monitor is FANTASTIC!! Only problem I have (No big deal at all) is it slowly leans forward and have to keep tilting it back up. But otherwise, it is GREAT!!

    I tend to agree. I entered a correct S/N and the Acer site could not find my laptop! I have a new E1-532 laptop that will not boot up. Acer does not provide Windows support not to mention the suggestion given to fix the problem does not work.
