Aspire E1-572P right hinge is snapping, making the whole case come apart!

I have no idea why it has just started doing this, but earlier tonight I could hear the right hinge crackling as I moved the laptop screen. I went to shut the laptop, and the whole laptop case started coming apart. 4 screws came out and now my laptop is falling apart! There is a gap in between the screen and the case now. I am so worried that the screen is going to become inactive, turn into black screen as it is still cracking if I even move it slightly. I cannot shut my laptop now, it has to be positioned in a certain way that I can hardly see the screen. I've only had it around a year and a half, quite dissapointed in Acer as I have taken great care of this laptop, never dropped it or stood on it. I need it to do all my coursework for college. I have no other way of doing it. I was never told that this laptop's hinges would eventually wear down and the casing would break off, does this not go against the sales of goods act 1979? Please get back to me with a solution soon.

    Hi Sally,

First you can use your laptop with an external monitor or a LCD TV via the VGA or HDMI port (at home of course).

[Fn]+[F5]: Switches the display output between the display screen, external monitor (if connected), and both.

Could you post here a picture of the area concerned (broken hinge)?

Do you know someone who is able to repair it? I could give you/him the different part numbers required.
