Acer z630 takes 7 hours to complete full charge

Hi there, my acer z630 takes almost 7 hours to complete full charge when battery is empty. Am using the original ac charger not power bank and I have tried different chargers and reset the phone but still the same thing. Am so disappointed because its time wasting only to wait up to 7hours inorder to use the phone again.The phone works 100percent,once the charge is complete the battery stays the whole day until next the charge.

I have this rom  version instaled    AV0L0_T03_1.003.00_EMEA_GEN2

the batery is the whole day at 100%, but at night starts droping down fast like every 30 seconds lost 1% of charge, so in about 5 minutes the batery is dead.
