I have just upgraded to windows 10....big mistake.  I have tried to reset it but I lost ALL of my app's and microsoft office.  I contacted microsoft who tried to roll my OS system back to my  previous OS (windows 7 home premium) which I was so happy with but the roll back option was missing (they couldn'y say why) and so I am stuck with windows 10.  My laptop came with windows 7 home premium pre-installed and I have the product key is there any way that I can go back to windows 7 home premium because windows 10 is awful and has made my laptop very unstable.

The only way to go back if it has been longer than 30 days since the upgrade is to load the original operating system from recovery media. I suggest contacting technical support in your region to inquire about ordering recovery media.
