Firstly, when I want to close down or look for an App and I go to the bottom left hand corner to press the window symbol, I often get the message - "CRITICAL ERROR - your start menu isn't orking. We'll try yo fix it the next time you sign in.  Sign out now"  Nothing ever happens although ocasionally if I do hit that windows sign, things seem to happen and I can then access the Apps or swith the power off.

Secondly, I am unable to get a regular Default Browser and I get taken into SETTINGS where I unable to ensure that Mozilla Firefox comes up as my chosen default browser.
